Admissions Requirements for Awaken Christian Academy Families

Families seeking admission to Awaken Christian Academy must meet the following criteria to ensure alignment with our mission of providing a Christ-centered education:

  1. Faith and Commitment:
    At least one parent or legal guardian must profess a personal relationship in Jesus Christ as their Savior. This commitment is foundational to fostering an environment that integrates faith and learning.

  2. Active Church Involvement:
    Families must be actively involved in a local, Christian church. This involvement ensures that students are supported in a community that reflects the values and beliefs taught at Awaken Christian Academy.

  3. Admissions Interview:
    All applicant families are required to participate in an admissions interview. This step helps ensure mutual understanding of the Academy's mission, values, and expectations while building a partnership between the family and the school.

  4. Legal Custody and Residency:
    The parent(s) or guardian(s) applying for the child’s admission must have legal custody of the child(ren) and reside in the household where the child lives for the majority of the time.
